This form should be used to report illegal parking in parking lots, at meters, and in signed/designated/reserved parking stalls/areas (disability, OV, Vendor, loading zones, etc.).
No action will be taken for any other use of this form.
The University of Minnesota Police Department (UMPD) and Parking & Transportation Services (PTS) will be notified when this form is submitted. UMPD issues and processes citations, not PTS.
Your submission of this form will remain private. Only limited UMPD and PTS employees have access to the submissions.
